More advice from the Baroness

Tip #2: There are always exceptions to Tip #1

The Baroness told me the other day that there ARE exceptions to her first tip (Tip #1) and that I should let my two readers know the most important exception. It is still the case that when pealing fruit, your hands are not to touch the skin;

however, once the skin is pealed, further cleaning may be necessary before you can eat the fruit. The orange is one example of such fruits. So get your knife and fork and let us learn how to peal the orange.

Tip #3:

ALWAYS use your fork and go under peas to LIFT them from your plate, NEVER stab a pea with the fork.
