A beautiful place for respite from the rigors of sightseeing in Florence. Even though Boboli Gardens was started by the Cosimo Medici (Were not ALL things beautiful in Florence created for the Medici by Michelangelo?) , This is not a reason to stay away. Instead, go for a walk and enjoy the views. The Medici are no longer around telling the people of Florence what to do, so they won't bother you either.Relax, and breathe the fresh clear air of the garden (well don't breathe too deep because Florence's smog will cause you to choke).
